Great facilitator & content

Scott is a talented teacher that does a great job of connecting the agile process to real world business challenges. He makes the material accessible to people of all experience levels. The techniques and tools used in the program were well designed and helpful.

Scott, the instructor, answered every single question with precision and detailed examples. His experience as an expert practitioner made the learning relatable and applicable to scenarios I face at work on a daily basis. Also, plenty of additional resources were brought up to aid additional learning on various topics covered throughout the course. There were a lot of courses with different time and duration and instructor, but I'm glad I picked this one.

Scott was a good trainer, well organized, and shared a lot of personal relevant examples. He provided real-world situations where what he taught could be used. I think the tools / techniques provided by Scott will aid our organization as we continue with our Agile transformation.

Of all the Scrum Alliance trainings I've taken, the CAL course has been the most interesting and helpful. The knowledge gained and the material provided will help me and my organization to transform our culture and how we do our work.

Scott was an amazing instructor who not only covered the full breadth of the material in an easily digestible and well-paced manner but also offered additional materials and opportunities for those interesting in continuing their journey. I would highly recommend his services for future training or coaching needs.

I appreciated the instructor. Glad to have access to resources post-training. I think the training could have happened over 3 days (instead of 2) with a structured agenda and topic recaps to help us digest the content and have more engaging breakout sessions.

I was looking forward to learning about Agile and how to lead teams through sprints, using new leadership and communication strategies. However, we learned a few concepts and how to evaluate where projects can improve, but not how to facilitate those improvements. There was a lot of upselling for other courses and products, but it didn't feel useful because we didn't learn anything to build on. There was not an agenda provided either day and it was unclear what we were going to learn. At the start of the second day, each person shared what they were hoping to get out of the course and everyone's answers were very similar, but we did not address the responses in the course material. The instructor was really nice and had a lot of interesting anecdotes to share.
