For me, it was the instructor, Giora Morein. When I first learned that I had to take a 3 day training, I was dreading it, but he really provided great insight about all things SCRUM and I enjoyed each and every day. The activities provided were really helpful and it provided an opportunity to meet other participants and learn more about them, where they worked, and their roles.

Giora was awesome. He made the class informative and fun. There were plenty of group activities to keep you engaged and made it much easier to understand.
