Highly interactive course which pulled together different techniques to help Product Owners understand the problem/job/need better. The big reveal was pretty awesome, as it changed the way I had previously viewed a PO's role from a technical/solution-finder to a facilitator and being user-value-driven.

My instructor was excellent in creating/modifying a curriculum that served to educate everyone. I had done PO/PM instructor-led courses in the past, elsewhere, and was certain that there was nothing new I could learn. She challenged that and I was forced to unlearn the narrow knowledge of segmented course instruction I had previously known to be introduced to a broader set of applicable ideas. I had previously hated the backlog process but the format was something that I thought kept 100% of us engaged but also showed us that we could keep our own stakeholders joyfully engaged in the process. I am unsure of her years of experience but I would guess she has been doing this for 10+ years, AT LEAST. Nothing seemed out of place or fumbled and she packed knowledge into every statement.
