The ACS-CF certification course through Sticky Agile was great! The course covered a lot of facilitation theory and had a lot of breakout sessions to practice different techniques.

I added new tools to my skillset by completing the Certified Facilitator training. I understand that it is a new training so was experiencing some growing pains. I found the time crunch for meeting the training objectives somewhat stressful, and recommend that more of the reading exercises be moved to pre-work instead of included in the timebox for the exercise.

Lonnie and Judy work well together keeping pace with course objectives and providing instruction and knowledge about being a facilitator. They were prepared for the training with well set-up Miro boards, which they navigated with ease and proficiency while still providing navigation instruction to the Miro novices.
