Paul was an excellent trainer. He had a great manner, a very solid understanding of Scrum in theory & practice and the teaching skills to pass that on to us. Where there were some technical issues with Zoom on the second day of the course he worked quickly to resolve them to avoid people missing out on any learning. CPrime themselves communicated well and provided all the necessary links & information in plenty of time. Overall a great experience.

Exceptional course, recommended for any

I have been working in agile product engineering for 14 years now, doing some of the theory courses in 2012 and then working on implementation since then. Taking Paul L's course as a refresher of evolving scrum theory and guidelines for implementation was really useful and I learned more than I though I would from it. The practical examples of the theory put into practice help demonstrate the reasoning behind the agile principles and scrum framework, which is something a Scrum Master really needs to know if they are going to help implement this framework in the wild.

Having 14 years of experience with agile product engineering and delivery I was not sure how much value I would get from this course aside from the qualification at the end.I was surprised how much the theory has evolved since I did courses back in 2012. The reasoning behind the changes was made clear in the course, and the changes felt sensible and like a natural evolution.The practical examples of the agile principles and scrum framework put into practise were well thought out to demonstrate the value of the framework and the purpose of each event and concept was very clear throughout. Paul was very receptive to questions and feedback, and gave informative insight throughout.

I highly recommend Paul as a Scrum Master trainer. His course was exceptionally engaging, interactive, and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the use of simulations and open discussions instead of traditional slides. The team discussions were insightful and contributed greatly to the learning experience.
