Certified ScrumMaster®

While the course is designed primarily for Scrum Masters it is useful for anyone who would like to know Scrum in depth, including team members, Product Owners and other stakeholders.

Following completion (within 90 days) of the course, participants will be asked to take an online test as a part of CSM certification. You will be notified by email about this test from the Scrum Alliance. The test concentrates on the fundamentals of Scrum.

Please note that in order to get the certification, you will need to be present for the entire course.

Scrum is a simple framework but hard to do well. This two-day training aims to provide participants a solid understanding of the theoretical underpinnings of the Scrum elements. Each aspect of the Scrum framework is explored in terms of its principles, its relation to the rest of the framework and how it can be implemented in practice.

The first day will cover the conceptual backgrounds of Scrum and how the roles in Scrum differ from what is often seen in organizations and how this will impact the organization. The second day will cover the how-to-do things and look in detail in the different parts of the Scrum framework.

• Making the most out of the Daily Scrum meetings
• Foundations for an effective, useful Sprint Retrospective
