Rick is a really good instructor. He has recent experience and extensive knowledge.

I just completed the A-CSM course with Rick Waters. Great content, sprinkled with insightful anecdotes from his vast experience! He was able to cover a lot of ground in the course, and was able to bring a fairly diverse crew along for the ride. I'd highly recommend Rick as a trainer, and this course in particular. :-)

Rick is very knowledgeable, organized, even keel and calm yet enthusiastic as a presenter. Break out group sessions grew increasingly challenging and built on each other, along with new methods were introduced. His sticks to timelines and breaks. Helped us individually with work situations and offered to be available long after the class as needed. I really enjoyed the deeper dive learnings of a SM, came away with a lot to potentially apply and to continue learning.
