The course was well structured and delivered in an engaging manner. The examples shared by Bill & Tom were very helpful in demonstrating the fundamentals of Scrum. The exercises allowed us to practice the principles and ask questions.

It is somewhat confusing. The process runs you through multiple websites (scrum alliance, knowledgehut, PRISM, slido, mural, etc) and you lose track of where you need to be. I still don't have a link to attempt the test. I was initially told to access PRISM but was then told that the link would be sent directly to me from the course instructor but I have still not received it. I have inquired with tech support on knowledgehut and scrum alliance but I have received little to no response or incomplete answers.

Bill Li was an awesome instructor Really enjoyed the 2 day training. Will recommend. Thank you for your time and patience. It’s alot to learn and he was great at clarity and answering questions.
