During my Scrum Master course, one moment that stood out was our first hands-on sprint simulation. I was nervous, but once we dove into the exercise, everything clicked. Facilitating the daily stand-ups and helping the team resolve roadblocks in real-time felt empowering. By the end of the sprint, we delivered a working product increment, and seeing the team come together like that gave me a real sense of accomplishment. It was exciting to apply what we learned in a practical, fast-paced environment.

There was a good balance between Theory and practice. Examples were clear.

1. Instructors' shared real product design and user cases as examples were good and useful! 2. I got lost easily in group exercise activities before understand each the farmwork's fundamentals. And I was often confused what was the focus actions that I had to take during the group activities. and I was not clear about the key take away points and how to implement it after learning yet.
