During these sessions, there will be live discussions and group exercises facilitated by your instructor via Zoom. Zoom is an easy to use online meeting and video conferencing software and you’ll receive full instructions about how to join your online class after you register.

Self-Study

Before each live class, you will receive some pre-recorded videos prepared by Mike Cohn to watch for that specific class. You will need to watch those videos before you attend the live class so you are prepared to discuss them. There will be short quizzes built into the self-study videos to help you remember the lessons learned.

Great class

I really enjoyed the CSPO course taught by Brian Milner. He is an excellent instructor, and does a great job in weaving lecture components, group exercises, and class discussion into his agenda. I also appreciated he took extra time during breaks and after class to do open Q&A with the students so those who were interested could deep dive into specific topics without breaking the pace of the on-going class. Also the custom-built collaboration platform he used during the course made it very easy to access course materials, participate in team exercises, and network with other team members. I would highly recommend any course taught by Brian Milner or any course offered by Mountain Goat Software.

Great instruction and well conducted group activities

Instructors are extremely knowledgeable with real-world experience.

This is the 3rd training I have done with Mountain Goat Software and they have all been great. I really like how they have you watch videos prior to class so they dedicate class time to practical, hand-on exercises applying the different techniques and tools learned in the course.
