Self-Study

Before each live class, you will receive some pre-recorded videos prepared by Mike Cohn to watch for that specific class. You will need to watch those videos before you attend the live class so you are prepared to discuss them. There will be short quizzes built into the self-study videos to help you remember the lessons learned.

Love the different methods that Mike presented and that would help in the real world!

The pre-course videos and exercises during the course were both really useful. The principles taught in class have been really awesome to take back to work and discuss.
