It’s an art, science and engineering all combined into one...!!!

But, Do you have the skills required to make a difference…

It’s about time you go to the next level of Product Owner role and not just grow yourself but help your team and organization use Agile philosophy, principles and values to build the best product which was ever created

It helps you strengthen your role as a Product Owner by taking you through advanced concepts of Stakeholder Management, Product Backlog Management, working with Developers and also using Scrum in a Scaled Environment (Scaling Scrum or Scaled Agile is what they call it !!)

But before you join the workshop, here are a few things that you need to have:

  • A Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) certification with the Scrum Alliance  .
  • At least 12 months of work experience specific to the role of Product Owner  (within the past five years) .. [No, no, not the title, the actual role… as Shakespeare said what’s in a name , a name is a name].
  • The zeal and skills ;) to survive the rigor of the workshop.
  • Eagerness to share your experience to the world and learning from others’ experiences .
