Arlen is an outstanding Instructor. The course work was engaging and Arlen was extremely knowledgable. More importantly, flexible in his examples to address every kind of background of the students in the class. He was able to help us process through Government use cases and private industry use cases with examples of the work he has done in each space. instructor well known in respective of the content provided

Arlan was an excellent instructor. There was a lot of content to cover and he did it well. Recommended learning and videos were sent out prior to the class. For the class, the mural board was well organized with visualizations and content, followed up with practical activities. There were breakout sessions so that smaller groups within the class could collaborate and Arlan provided an encouraging environment for feedback. I will be using many of the methods and tools from this class!

Excellent coverage of the topics. Great discussions. Good use of tools. Arlen is a top-notch instructor with real world examples. I enjoyed how he brought all of us into the conversations to share our experiences.
