Happy to have tangible, actual steps available to improve our process. Didn't simply teach theory and leave us hanging, rather provided guidance that we could remember and teach back.

A smaller class size on the day of the training enabled informative discussion and being able to dig into specific scenarios or context for each participant. Christian provided a variety of examples from his own experience and had fun stories to share. The facilities for the sessions were top notch and everything was taken care of.

Informational, Funny, Great explanations

Took the Scrum Master course with Christian and the class was so informative and such a great class. My team had taken the Scrum Developer class with him earlier and it helped reinforce hearing the same thing my team was saying and hearing it from the same instructor. The breakouts were informative and great it was an interactive class and everyone was engaged.
