Methodology
This training is in-person with group dynamics with working tables and recreational activities that promote participation.
The content of this training is supported by flip charts that our visual facilitation trainers will build together with you and the rest of the students as they go through each topic. At the same time, you will learn tricks and receive advice on how to successfully implement Scrum in your organization.
It is an interactive and hands-on training: our coaches, provided with a wide training and agile transformation leading experience of Agile teams, will present case studies that will benefit you when capturing and understanding key concepts. Moreover, you will be able to bring real-life situations to work in class.

Certification
After successfully completing this course, you have 90 days to take the online exam of the Scrum Alliance and two attempts to achieve it. Once you pass the exam, you obtain the ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance, plus a two-year paid membership. More information on Scrum Alliance:

Two days for in-person training, both days with the same timetable:
