Denna Certified Agile Leadership kurs är en interaktiv ledarskapskurs med målet att ledaren ökar sin egen personliga medvetenhet, kunskap och färdigheter som Agil ledare samt kickstartar sin resa mot förbättrade resultat.

Kursen är en praktisk tillämpning av ledarskapsteorier för att leda i komplexa Agila sammanhang. Deltagaren får konkreta modeller, verktyg och tekniker som går att använda direkt i sitt eget tänkande, eget beteende och inom sina organisationer.

Du kommer att guidas genom en övergripande bild av Agilt ledarskap – först från ledarens personliga perspektiv på hur Agilitet påverkar ditt mindset och beteende. Därefter går vi igenom hur du som ledare kan bygga och utveckla högpresterande team (inklusive ledningsteam). Till sist tar vi ett organisatoriskt perspektiv där du lär dig hur du effektivt kan anpassa, styra och skala din organisations Agilitet.
