Tomas has a proven experience from helping many companies with Scrum. The experience is well balanced with an ability to create a teaching environment and welcomes input from all course participants. I've a few years of experience as Scrum master and a few more years working as a developer. I think it helps the understanding if one is familar with Scrum/Scrumish work before taking the course.
