Our Advanced-CSM course is an immersive experience that takes Scrum Masters beyond the basics of Scrum. We’ll explore Facilitation, Coaching and Servant Leadership for all required areas of the Scrum Master job: serving the organization, serving the Product Owner and serving the Developers. Adult education approaches are used to provide participants with a safe environment to improve their skills.
Duration
2 Day Virtual Training from with breaks throughout the day. Web cameras are required to be on while in session for all participants. Certification is awarded based on participation for the entire workshop and having 12+ months of Scrum Mastery experience.
CLASS OVERVIEW
In this class you will learn how to:
- Identify practices that are helpful and harmful to Scrum adoptions
- Effectively facilitate conversations between Product Owners and stakeholders as well as between Product and Developers
- Intervene leveraging powerful questions and behavioral style awareness when faced with low levels of engagement or motivation
- Improve conflict resolution techniques
- Escalate for removal of impediments to theScrum Team’s progress
- Improve Scrum Team dynamics
- Identify when an organization is not ready to Scale Agile or Scrum
Christian Antoine
Christian is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Certified Less Practitioner (CLP) and Training from the BACK of the Room (TBR) Certified Trainer and a Scrum Alliance Path to CSP Approved Educators. Working with Agile since 2008, Christian consults, trains, and coaches teams and companies on Agile at all levels of the organization. He enjoys helping others see there is a different way to approach work, at a sustainable pace, and get outcomes to delight customers.
A graduate of St. John’s University, Christian resides in Golden Valley, MN with his wife Megan, and children, Madeline, Ellen and Eli.
