When do we start and end each day?

The virtual classroom will open at 7:45 AM each day and class will begin promptly at 8:00 AM. We will end at 4:00 PM each day. Lunch will be from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM each day. All times are Pacific.

What's the pre-work?

We recommend that you watch this series of 14 short videos, which will get you up to speed on the fundamentals. We also recommend that you read The Scrum Guide. This 14-page document defines what scrum is. Budget about 90 minutes total for these two activities. Doing this homework before class will make a huge difference in how much value you get from the workshop itself.

Is the cost of the test included?

The cost of the certification test is included in the price of the workshop as is two years of membership in the Scrum Alliance

Overall, I found the 'Scrum Master' training to be a valuable experience. The content was directly relevant to my current role, and I especially appreciated the practical tips and techniques shared by the presenter. The interactive exercises were a great way to apply the concepts we were learning. The only minor suggestion I would have is to provide more explanation about the handouts before diving into the training and more about the book that was provided. I would definitely recommend this training to my colleagues.
