Evolve Agility's CAL 1 is a one-of-a-kind learning experience instills confidence through an emphasis on skills development. You will uncover new pathways to engage with teams and executives on complex organizational challenges constructively. This includes the application of Agile and Scrum outside of software development to engineering solutions and business functions.

This is the only leadership course that integrates the Systems thinking toolset in its curriculum. • In the event we do not get sufficient participants for the in-person workshop, we will issue a full refund or transfer your registration to a virtual (online) CAL1 course.

Course Instructor

Dhaval Panchal is an experienced Executive, Organization Design consultant, and Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coach and Trainer (CEC, CTC, and CST), since 2008. He has been practicing agile since 2003 and helped build multiple agile organizations from the ground up. He is one of the first to bring Systems & Complexity thinking tools and techniques for transforming teams, and organizations.

Dhaval is the founder of Evolve Agility that provides Agile training and coaching services to enable his clients to amplify the scale and speed of Agile transformations. He has led large scale transformations at Fortune 500 companies, and mid-size Product Companies. Dhaval has first-hand experience with transformation challenges in Oil & Gas, Banking, Insurance, Gaming, and Medical domains. He is also member elected Scrum Alliance Board of Director for 2024-2026 term.
