The instructor was great! Scrum alliance should work on the content as it was easy to understand since I had experience in several scaling frameworks, but the depth that the course went into about the different frameworks was very high level. Joel did a great job of filling in the gaps and is very knowledgeable about a breadth of agile scaling approaches and topics.
