He is one of a very few Certified Enterprise Coaches by the Scrum Alliance, a credential that is peer-reviewed and takes years to attain.

Scott is a great - brings real life examples and experience to the subject, is willing to explore unplanned topics and is great at finding ways to connect the course material and topics to you and your role. One of my favorite things is he's quick to observe the class and you can tell he tweaks his approach to fit the room. I used a new facilitation technique just this week in my work offsite with excellent results and even better feedback!
