Follow the Scrum Alliance's "Path To CSP" program with this Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) class that will take your knowledge of Scrum and the Scrum Master role to the next level, taught by Certified Scrum Trainer and Agile Author - Paul Goddard. After working with the Scrum Alliance in order to help improve the training pathway for ScrumMasters and Product Owners, Paul is excited to share his Advanced ScrumMaster class with you - a class which became the first in the world to be accredited as a Scrum Alliance approved, Advanced Certified Scrum Master class!!

This course is aimed at all members of a delivery team, and will introduce the roles and responsibilities within an effective Scrum team with a strong focus of the ScrumMaster role.

By building upon the core Scrum framework, we will help you move towards a professional and practitioner ScrumMaster level, allowing you to realise more of the untapped potential of you and your team.

This course is step 2 on the Path to CSP program, building on your CSM qualification and hands on experience as a Scrum Master. After completion of this course not only will you be a more effective Scrum Master but you will also be one step away from being a Certified Scrum Professional.

Please note to be eligible for the A-CSM certification you must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Hold a previous or current CSM license
  • Complete the pre-class assessment
  • Be prepared to share your experiences of being in a Scrum team
  • Attend the full two-day class
  • Complete a short post-class assessment (within 60 days)

How will the course be delivered?

The course will be delivered by LIVE video feed and will involve a mix of theory and exercise-based learning. We utilise just two simple (and free) online collaboration tools which you can access during the course.

From our experiences of running online training, we have developed and iterated on a training style to manage both your energy level and attention span! By using self-led exercises and breakout room functionality we aim to ensure you get the most of your online training experience.
