This Certified ScrumMaster course is a 2-day intensive introduction to the Scrum framework detailing how Scrum and related agile practices are applied by Scrum teams to rapidly deliver potentially shippable products in frequent, time-boxed iterations.  The course uses a combination of lecture and experiential learning to instill a practical understanding of Scrum focusing on the activities the ScrumMaster, Team and Product Owner perform while delivering to their commitments and aspiring to achieve hyper-productivity.

这是一个2天的敏捷开发过程强化集训课程，详细阐述ScrumMaster和敏捷开发团队如何运用Scrum及相关的敏捷实践在频繁及限时的迭代中快速地交付潜在的可交运软件产品。本课程综合运用讲座和体验式学习（包括有意思的游戏、练习、项目仿真及讨论）以形成对Scrum框架的真正理解，把重点放在敏捷团队及ScrumMaster在履行其职责并追求达到高生产力时的实践活动。

The course covers the core concepts of Scrum teams and teamwork and the Scrum framework including: roles, activities, and artifacts that are applied to realize product requirements and project delivery; the ScrumMaster role including responsibilities and behavioral characteristics; the Product Owner role, including key responsibilities; and the role of a self-organizing, cross-functional team as the primary organizational unit through which the product is developed and delivered. The Scrum framework will be applied in a mini-project simulation where the concepts of user stories, agile estimation, and planning are practiced in detail assuring participants have a practical understanding of the techniques.

Jacky Shen is the 1st both Certified Team Coach (CTC) and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) of Scrum Alliance in the world. He also holding certifications of CSD / Kanban / Top Facilitating / Professional Coaching / Management 3.0 / Large Scale Scrum Practioner / CPCP. He has more than 10 years agile experiences to coach many organizations for large scaled Agile transformation, including Fin-tech / Banking / Telecom / Mobile Internet, as a Catalyzer. He's good at combine hard knowledge and soft skills to enact Scrum in the organization and leaderships. He's also action opinion leader of agile communities, and translated 3 books. His clients includes: CMCC, Cicso, IGT, CMB, PingAn, MorningStart, Accenture, Deloitte, HP, Symantec, Funplus etc.

About a week before coming to class you'll receive via email pre-requisite Scrum overview reading material. Additionally, as part of the two-day class each participant will receive the following:

• Planning poker cards for agile estimation
• Copy of CSM training’s content in English & Chinese
• Scrum implementation templates and further material recommendation
• Registration with the Scrum Alliance for the required on-line Certified ScrumMaster evaluation
• 2-year membership of the Scrum Alliance
• Participants can also claim 16 SEU's to continue career development needed for CSP certification
• Membership of UPerform Agile Academy for various activities
• Participants can also claim 16 PDU's with the PMI.
