Learning Objectives - What You Will Learn

• Goal-Setting Fundamentals – history of OKRs, goal-setting, objectives and strategy
• Strategic Planning and Alignment – strategic planning, cascading goals, OKR format and template
• Objective and Key Results (OKRs) – scenarios, creating alignment, transparency, shared OKRs, 360° Alignment
• OKRs in Scrum and Antipatterns – OKR cycle, coordination of Sprint Goals, antipatterns
• BONUS: Agility Metrics – a strategic method for fulfilling the Key Results(KR) side of the Agile OKRs
