The class was informative, it was very structured, the instructor was engaging and kept the class on track daily.

This class was great! The information was excellent and the instructor was a fantastic facilitator. By the end of the class I was confident that I would pass my exam and passed with flying colors even though I haven't worked in an agile environment.

A wealth of realistic and relevant material, methodically broken down over four days. Steve Ostermiller is a highly professional instructor with years of Agile Project Management experience. The course materials and interactive teamwork approach not only keeps it interesting, but facilitates group learning and interaction. I have learned a lot to apply to future positions and I made some lasting friendships.

Class was a good pace, maybe a little too fast at times (and I was already familiar with the material) but at least I wasn't bored. There were a lot of hands-on less break-out sessions. Instructor was very knowledgeable in the field.

The instruction was easygoing and engaging, and there was adequate time for breakout exercises. Although I have little experience, I learned how Scrum can benefit any organisation and am anxious to implement it where possible.

Scrum adds to the agile toolkit, offering a lightweight project management framework across demographics, not only software development. I'm excited to apply concepts to diverse projects.

Steve was a great communicator and teacher. He was methodical, easy to understand, used humor and common experience with examples, listened to and responded clearly to questions asked, was encouraging and fostered a safe sharing and learning environment. It was engaging - I'm sure he's done this hundreds of times but it did not seem routine. The exercises built into the training taught well the process through experience. There were several key phrases that challenged my thought paradigms and will hopefully guide my future leadership. Many Thanks to the whole Platinum Edge team!
