Great interactive training session with a many examples!

Lucy (Luciana O'Keefe) was engaging and helped us keep a fun and interactive class across two eight-hour days of Zoom; that is a huge feat! She has a lot of great experience to share along with the many templates, resources, activities, and debriefs. I enjoyed the class environment more than I expected and have a lot of great ideas to bring back to work. I did find some responses to students' questions or points of clarification came across as more abrasive than corrective. There was an assumed familiarity with scrum and product ownership activities that was beyond some students and that did make some activities more challenging. Overall the class was fun and I learned a lot. I would recommend it to others.
