Cathy was very knowledgeable and very approachable. Answered all the queries and even gave time after class to clear our doubts.

Course delivery was interactive with the use of collaboration tools such as mural and break out rooms in zoom and was a friendly and safe environment. Instructor demonstrated deep knowledge of scrum framework and all scrum team roles by providing real life examples through her own work experience. This provided deeper insight into the content material.

The instructor seemed to be addressing a group of 5th graders, waiting for answers to rhetorical questions. At one point she showed a picture of a raw turkey and asked us if anyone thought that looked tasty. After 10 seconds someone finally said "no", and she proceeded to tell us that was right, we probably wouldn't want to eat that. The material was generally 10 years old and the big "insight" was that agile is better than waterfall. We spent breakout groups copying answers from a document into a worksheet and then listening to 10 people repeat their answers. It would have been comically bad if they didn't charge you hundreds of dollars for the experience.

The CSPO training was a perfect mix of whole group and small group discussion and activities that directly related to the work I do on a daily basis. The exercises helped me to see how the content aligned with my company. The trainer was engaging and willing to stop and answer questions at any time.

The course facilitator was very knowledgeable and efficient! I took away several learnings that will help me to be more efficient and effective in my career. The tools and resources provided are also valuable to reference after the course for continued reinforcement of what was learned. Overall the class was very interactive and effective.
