I have over 20 years in corporate life and have experienced many trainers and facilitators. Rick Waters is hands down the finest trainer I have ever encountered.

The overall course content seemed quite outdated and irrelevant in today's real world scenarios. The concepts were nothing new that we didnt know since we have been practising these for quite some time now, so would have been wonderful to experience some new age concepts that would have been helpful. Moreover, the guide is from 2020, the world has drastically changed since then especially from Covid times, hence there was scope to revamp the content to include scenarios pertaining to the hybrid working model since that is a reality in today's world

The trainer seemed knowledgeable about the concepts and made it interactive too, however the use cases could have been more catered to our organisation's scenarios which we face on a daily basis instead of some other industry's case studies.

Rick is an outstanding instructor. He’s highly knowledgeable and clearly explains the subject matter. The class is both interactive and well-structured, which helps me grasp the topics firsthand. I will definitely seek out Rick for future classes.

What made my experience great? Two words say it all, Rick Waters. In my many years in corporate life I have experienced many trainers, and was even a trainer myself at one point. Rick is by far the most talented, well organized, respectful, inclusive and effective trainer I have ever encountered.
