Instead of 3 days workshop we had 2 days workshop. Timing and organisation of the event lacked the planning because we weren't able to go through the agenda published for the workshop. It's a pity that such important things as Scrum ceremonies, facilitation of the meetings and organization coaching weren't covered as they are a crucial part of Scrum Master role.

Alexey is a good coach, I've got plenty of insights during the course. Alexey answered my questions and provided some examples for better understanding. At the end of the course, Alexey shared links to additional materials that were responsive to our specific questions.Unfortunately, the planning of the event wasn't good. First of all, the event got postponed for a few weeks, which was inconvenient. Then, the course got shortened from planned 3 days to 2 days.Reduced duration of the course negatively impacted its content and the whole agenda of the course wasn't covered in these 2 days. Important topics such as Scrum ceremonies, meeting facilitation and coaching were left behind. These are the themes that are crucial for the Scrum Master to effectively collaborate with the teams. In the end of the course Alexey sent us the links to uncovered materials as well. While I appreciated the links to free resources on facilitation provided at the end, these topics had to be covered on the course itself, rather than left for self-study.In conclusion, although Alexey's expertise and readiness to offer additional resources were commendable, the course's planning and execution were significantly lacking. The lack of coverage on crucial topics was disappointing, and my expectations for the course were not met.

Alexey is amazing in giving lot of examples, personal experience, answering questions and sharing information about all modern technologies and trends. The course also highlighted me a few quite obvious things that showed something new and allowed to see my experience from different side

Oleksiy is extremely knowledgeable. He made complex executive summaries seem very easy and the tips he provided can be easily implemented on a daily basis. Course was well organised online (despite the fact of war is happening and all difficulties we are facing right now in Ukraine) so it exceeded my expectations! Thanks to its audience/purpose-focused process, I realised the amount of work to be done for becoming an expert in Scrum. Excellent course!
