I recently had the pleasure of attending the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) training with Jaya Shrivastava Ma'am, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. From start to finish, the training was engaging, informative, and incredibly well-organized. Jaya Ma'am's deep expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum principles was evident throughout the course. She has a unique ability to break down complex concepts into easily understandable and practical insights. Her teaching style is dynamic and interactive, making it easy for participants to stay engaged and absorb the material. One of the highlights of the training was the emphasis on real-world application. Jaya Ma'am shared numerous examples and case studies, which helped bridge the gap between theory and practice. The hands-on exercises and group discussions were particularly valuable, allowing us to apply what we learned in a collaborative environment. Moreover, Jaya Ma'am's approachability and willingness to answer questions enriched the training. She created an open and inclusive atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable sharing their thoughts and experiences. Jaya Mam was literally awesome
1. The rescheduling of the training session a day in advance was quite disappointing. 2. On the first day of training, the trainer arrived 20 to 30 minutes late to the session. 3. Upon joining the call, the trainer spent an hour discussing her personal achievements, including the numerous properties she owns worldwide and the notable individuals she has encountered. 4. By the time the first break occurred, the actual training had yet to commence. 5. There were no real-time examples provided during the session. 6. The focus of the training leaned more towards the Scrum Master role rather than that of the Product Owner. 7. When real-time questions were posed, they were often sidestepped, with some being dismissed as a waste of time if they involved practical scenarios. 8. The trainer frequently criticized other Scrum trainers while promoting her own classes and praising her expertise. 9. Enrolling in her training proved to be unproductive, as there is significantly more to learn regarding the Product Owner role. 10. The training duration was extended due to poor management and the trainer's self-promotion.
