Highly Interactive Live Virtual Training
Some virtual classes are boring, passive experiences. Not this one! We’ve designed it to be totally interactive and engaging: We’re going to be talking, watching videos, sharing screens, going into small-group breakout rooms, doing interactive quizzes, working on simulations and case-studies and sharing our results as a group. And because we limit our live virtual classes to about half the size of our in-person classes, we can answer even more of your questions and real-life situations.

3
Real-world knowledge you need to succeed
The course is about using Scrum to deliver powerful results and success with real-world projects, especially challenging ones! We cover distributed / multi-location Scrum, using Scrum with fixed-price / fixed-date projects, project estimation and delivery-date planning and tracking in Scrum, Scrum tools, and scaling Scrum for large projects or organizations.
