Certified ScrumMaster®

I find the Scrum Master role to be the most challenging in Scrum, as it's difficult for us humans to remain objective. However, I believe Mario did an excellent job of explaining the Scrum Master role, providing us with clear direction and extensive information about both Scrum and the goals of the Scrum Master.

From the moment I registered for the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) workshop with Mario and The Agile Journey, the support and guidance provided were exceptional. Mario ensured we were fully prepared even before the workshop began, setting a strong foundation for our learning journey, he also was helpful in facilitating the registration process and choosing the best date to fit my calendar.The workshop itself exceeded all expectations. It was an incredible experience, filled with well-crafted exercises, insightful discussions, and the sharing of real-world experiences. The knowledge and skills I gained are massive and directly applicable to my role as a Scrum Master.I highly recommend Mario and The Agile Journey to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of Scrum and seeking to be a certified Scrum Master.

I really enjoyed the workshop and learned a lot. Thanks to an assessment call before the actual workshop, Mario had insured that we could dive deep with our questions and have insightful discussions of how to apply the theory to our different projects instead of wasting time on learning the vocabulary. The interactive exercises helped me maintain my focus throughout the two days of dense input and intense discussions.The location was well chosen - not the typical conference room but a place with different areas for working individually as well as group discussions. The whole workshop was structured in a way that emulated working in a SCRUM framework but at the same time well-adapted to the purpose of a two-day workshop without feeling like a constraint. One of my highlights of the workshop was how Mario let us figure out things on our own while using our results to reflect to us how we are thinking about project management. Realising how we had intuitively structured our results in a waterfall framework was a real eye-opener for me. Thanks a lot for these two days!
