We end the course with an introduction to LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum). The Certified LeSS Basics course provides a one-day introduction to the Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework, which is used to scale agile development across multiple teams. LeSS is based on Scrum principles such as empiricism and self-organised teams and complements these with rules and guidelines for larger projects.

The course provides an overview of the key concepts of LeSS to help decide if LeSS is right for your organisation. After this course, participation in a LeSS Practitioner course is recommended.

All participants are connected over the video, so you can see each other. We are using MS-Teams videoconference where you  can see all participants even closer then in the room. So be prepared with your trainer Dr. Wolfgang Richter and other enthusiastic agilists for the certification as Scrum Master.
