Certified Scrum Professional® - ScrumMaster

This is my second Scrum training with Arlen, and he is an outstanding trainer!

Great class to refresh my current skill and introduce new ones

Certified Scrum Professional-ScrumMaster (CSP®-SM) was an excellent class. The teacher was well versed in his subject and had great illustrations and was very engaging. The whole experience was great all the way through. I would recommend this class to anyone that wants to go on as a ScrumMaster and get their certification.

Arlen is a great instructor. I learned a lot from him and the other attendees. The second day was less interactive than the first which made it a bit harder to pay attention.

Arlen Bankston is an exceptional trainer whose expertise and professional background greatly enhance the topics he covers during training sessions.
