Anja Stiedl is an experienced Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Certified Agile Coach (CEC | CTC) with a passion for agile methods and the promotion of collaborative working environments. As the founder of moccasoft, she supports teams and organizations in understanding and successfully implementing agile working. With her many years of experience in the IT industry and her deep knowledge of Scrum and other agile frameworks, Anja imparts practical knowledge that helps companies increase their productivity and maximize customer value. Her trainings are characterized by an interactive, hands-on approach and a focus on continuous improvement. She supports the agile community through her involvement in the CTC Review Team of the Scrum Alliance and the Scrum User Group “Agile Leadership Circle”.
