Paul Lister is an outstanding instructor with high energy and a passion for teaching Scrum! He was always willing to pause and answer questions, ensuring everyone felt heard and understood. His ability to provide real-world examples made the concepts much easier to grasp. Paul's depth of knowledge in Scrum was evident throughout the course, and the way he explained things was clear and engaging—even for someone like me who had very little prior knowledge of Scrum. He used many illustrations and visual examples, which helped simplify complex topics and made learning enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Paul as an instructor for anyone looking to get their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification. His teaching style makes Scrum easy to understand and apply!

Loved the class, very interactive, really makes you think and talk through problems. It's fun and teaches you what you need to know for the exam!

Paul was an excellent trainer. His course was highly interactive and hands-on, combining practicality with valuable insights. The entire course was delivered through Miro, which made it not only easy to follow but also visually engaging.

The vast majority of the time in this course was spent unproductively, without introducing or building on actual SCRUM methodology, but instead just allowing a group of unguided and untrained random humans to interact in 'break out rooms' with little to not guidance and wholly inadequate retroactive review. I highly dislike the way this course was taught and would not recommend people take this course through Paul.

The product is all encompasing with respect to the Scrum Guide. It gives a lot of room for errors to be made and how to correct them
