The overall course content seemed quite outdated and irrelevant in today's real world scenarios. The concepts were nothing new that we didnt know since we have been practising these for quite some time now, so would have been wonderful to experience some new age concepts that would have been helpful. Moreover, the guide is from 2020, the world has drastically changed since then especially from Covid times, hence there was scope to revamp the content to include scenarios pertaining to the hybrid working model since that is a reality in today's world. The trainer seemed knowledgeable about the concepts and made it interactive too, however the use cases could have been more catered to our organisation's scenarios which we face on a daily basis instead of some other industry's case studies.

Rick Waters is an excellent trainer who made the whole experience effective and enjoyable.

An exceptional instructor who goes above and beyond to ensure every student understands the material. Their teaching style is clear, engaging, and well-structured, making complex concepts easy to grasp. The real-world examples and interactive elements were particularly helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to deepen their knowledge in this subject!
