So I recently attended the 2-day CAL-1 certification training, and it was an incredibly engaging experience. The sessions were well-structured, offering deep insights into Agile leadership, with practical tools and strategies that I can directly apply to my work. The instructor - Mr. Nanda; made complex concepts easy to understand, keeping everyone involved and motivated. Definitely recommended for anyone looking to enhance their Agile leadership skills!
