The instructor and Master Juan Banda is a highly prepared person who demonstrated total mastery of the skills and abilities required to understand in a comprehensive, clear way and express concepts in a very dynamic and practical way. Without leaving any doubts pending, establishing different uses, examples and ways of applying knowledge within the AGILE environment in a SCRUM. I was very satisfied with the knowledge acquired in the CSM certification course and I took away enough definitions to investigate and grow as a CSM and implement them immediately within my work environment to raise my level of professionalism.
