After completing the course, participants will receive the Certified Agile Leadership (CAL-2) certification awarded by the Scrum Alliance, along with two years of membership in the organization.
Additionally, this course is completes the Education Coaching Program Level 1, endorsed by the International Coaching Federation, specifically designed to facilitate your path to certification as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
Prerequisites
To ensure participants gain maximum value from this program, the following prerequisites apply:
- Completion of the CAL-1 Program – A foundational understanding of agile leadership and organizational influence.
- Case Study Submission – Participants must provide a real-world case study from their organization to apply the concepts learned throughout the program.
- Leadership or Management Experience – Prior experience leading teams, projects, or organizational initiatives.
- Basic Understanding of Agility & Change Management – Familiarity with agile principles, adaptive leadership, or transformation strategies (recommended but not mandatory).
- Commitment to Interactive Learning – Willingness to actively engage in discussions, role-playing, cohort-based peer learning, and real-world case analysis.
