While this class was valuable in that it allowed me to take the exam, Rick was pedantic and very much a referee style facilitator. He spent a large amount of time saying no to students and correcting things rather than teaching the content. I would have preferred a course where we spent far less time on that and random stories and more time roleplaying or even reviewing the drawing material that he is talented at.

Rick is an amazing instructor. The sessions were interactive and informative.

Rick Waters was a terrific instructor. I appreciated the breakout rooms and his delivery was easy and without issue. Technology worked great and he was very well versed in how to manage it. I highly recommend his course to anyone considering Scrum courses! (In fact, I have already recommended it to 2 of my co-workers!)

Rick's CSM course was a great mix of lecture and group learning with excellent pacing. The learning materials and visuals were clear and concise and delivered with a compassionate and friendly teaching style. The preparation for the test was succinct and to the point. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Rick makes the class feel welcome and ready to learn. He presents real world examples which are helpful with understanding application of methods and practices. His visual teaching style coupled with lectures, live exercise and break out session for focused discussions help with retention.
