I was pleasantly surprised at how much this course provided in terms of leadership content that applies more broadly than just Agile. I would recommend to anyone looking to improve their leadership skills. Scott was particularly good at assessing where the class was at in their understanding and tailored the course to our needs.

There are so many practical resources that are provided in this class. This expanded my way of thinking and inspired tactics that I can immediately apply to my workplace. Very grateful to Scott and his great coaching!

CAL with Scott was an enjoyable experience that I would highly recommend to friends. He gave us real world examples that would we talk through in smaller groups which helped me get different perspectives.

Scott, the instructor, answered every single question with precision and detailed examples. His experience as an expert practitioner made the learning relatable and applicable to scenarios I face at work on a daily basis. Also, plenty of additional resources were brought up to aid additional learning on various topics covered throughout the course. There were a lot of courses with different time and duration and instructor, but I'm glad I picked this one.
