Course Summary

This intensive two-day course will prepare attendees to take on the Scrum Master role, and is taught by Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) Angela Johnson. During the course, students will cover pragmatic, long and short-range planning, Scrum values, roles, events, activities and artifacts.

Duration

The CSM Course is a 2-day virtual training from 8:30AM - 4:30PM (Central Time) with breaks throughout. Webcam will be required throughout the course in order to qualify for the Scrum Alliance CSM.

This course is eligible for up to 16 Scrum Alliance SEUs and PMI PDUs as follows:

 

  • Up to 4 hours pre-course learning
  • 12 hours live online instruction
  • FREE additional supplementary materials for post course learning
  • 30 min. Coffee with a Coach post class

 

To be eligible for certification, participants are required to attend the entire class. If a participant misses any part of the course, they lose their certification eligibility. Should your schedule prevent you from attending the entire class, our team will work with you to schedule another class on a different date.

Angela is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Certified Less Practitioner (CLP) and Training from the BACK of the Room (TBR) Certified Trainer and one of the first Scrum Alliance Path to CSP Approved Educators. Angela helps others successfully implement Scrum and Agile to achieve their goals and objectives.

Clients that Angela has transformed include: agency / services, software, hardware, marketing, learning and development and more. The breadth and depth of her experience extends beyond Scrum and includes Kanban, eXtreme Programming, Facilitation and Organizational Change for business agility.
