I like the "hands on" and the "building of concepts" as you go. The visual teaching really reiterates the concepts well. I like that the training consisted of life examples and how to apply the concepts instead of definitions, reading, and memorization.

I can't endorse Jem enough as a teacher for this or any other course - I was trepidatious about sitting in for what is essentially a 3-day meeting, but he had great command of our audience, was engaging, funny and made the time fly by. I’ve been working as Project Manager for almost 20 years but still found this a great refresher of material I *thought* I had full command of. This is very straightforward: I feel the price was great for the quality of instruction received, we got through all material needed for the exam, received a link for the test immediately afterward, and I am confident I’ll be fully certified once I take the test tomorrow.
