Certified ScrumMaster®

The Certified Scrum Master Training was well-designed, combining lectures and exercises to provide a thorough understanding of Scrum. It was a valuable and effective learning experience. However, compared to the same training held last year, the cost was higher due to the impact of exchange rate fluctuations, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, I am very satisfied with the quality of the training itself.

簡単なデモなどがありました。フランクに話せるような工夫が行われており、非常に面白かったです。また機会がありましたら、参加したいです。現場ではブラックボックス化されている部分の話などもあり、興味深かったです。

下記を感じました。・教材を新しくし、見やすいように改めたほうがいいと思いました・同時翻訳がほとんど何を言っているのかわかりませんでした・スクラムマスター未経験の人にもわかるように用語の説明をして頂いたほうがよいと思いました・質問に真摯にお答えくださいました

丁寧で分かりやすい説明があり、同時通訳も違和感なく聞くことができた。演習も効果的であり質疑応答が多い点もよかった。

内容の理解には問題ないです。一部同時通訳は途切れてしまうことがあり、ディティールを把握しきれないことがありました。ハンズオンはもう少しだけ時間があるといいですね。

The trainer didn't know his audience in advance and didn't bother to ask in the beginning of the training and day1 looked like not related to the audience at all. He was telling insulting things about people and nations. He was interrupting his students when we were asking questions and not answering those questions, saying that the company can buy those answers for additional money.I did learn a few new things, but I am convinced we could learn more if there wouldn't be shouting, f-words, insults and interruptions from trainer's side.Jim said in the beginning, that it wouldn't be very formal, but I am pretty sure there are ways to make the conversation informal, but still respectful.I do not recommend this trainer.

It was the worst experience in my life. to improve:1. the trainer MUST ask what is the audience, what roles are assigned to the participants and what there expectations are. it wasn't done at all. which is complete wrong approach.2. questions should be answered without emotions, without telling people the questions are silly or stupid or the work the people do is stupid, without blaming and interrupting people, without telling that those questions were answered yesterday and without telling the audience the trainer isn't paid for answering the questions.3. there cannot be rude or offencive messages in regards to the company c-level or the participants or their questions4. no sergegation people by gender or ethnical background/origin - it's absolutely not acceptable!5. the training should be adopted to be led online: the trainer constantly had issues with playing video/audio, the majority of practical tasks were skipped telling they cannot be led online.

Amazing training from one of the greatest trainers out there!
