The training was quite innovative, interesting and participative. I never had this kind of visual effective training with any of the trainers till date. There was complete clarity on the thought process, the goals of the session and ensured that the pace was adequate for the entire team to comprehend and move ahead. There were a lot of practical examples given throughout the session which were really helpful in achieving the objective. Really thankful to be part of this 2 day CSM session.
