Very knowledgeable, engaging, great class!

I really liked that the trainer activated all participants during the whole training "Questions to the group, please write in the chat". Fast and efficient setup of breakout rooms. Good mixture of people in the breakout rooms. I was in a breakout room at least ones with all participants.

A very didactic and entertaining course. Both the instructor and the resources were good.

Richard (Cheng) is very engaged and empathatic. This makes training very shortlasting and interesting, even if the training days are well stuffed of content. He always takes the time to answer questions. I learnt a lot due to very realistic examples taken from everybody's daily (work) life. Thanks a lot, Rich.

I think that this course was one of the most efficient one I've ever taken. Richard is a skilled teacher and he has knowledge how to hold workshops. I think it was time well0spent. I enjoyed every minute of it. The course was packed with knowledge and exercises. I felt like my needs were being heard and I was not afraid if asking questions. There was always time to explain any doubts which made the experience even more unique among other courses.
