The Certified Agile Leader (CAL1) class brings awareness of Agile leadership thinking, focus, and behaviors and is a great way to start your journey of an Agile Leader. The focus of the class is to understand the concept of the Agile Organization, its structure, culture, and the role of a leader.

The class provides a balanced education, practice, and peer collaboration. Learn about different leadership styles and industry trends in modern management. Leaders are key to a successful Agile organization.
