With Carlton Nettleton, CST®, president of Look Forward Consulting, and Luke Hohmann, founder and CEO at Conteneo Inc.

We all know the Product Backlog: It's that ordered list of everything known to be needed in the product. Ordering means prioritization, so in this Collaboration at Scale webinar, we explored a variety of frameworks that Product Owners and Scrum teams can use to prioritize backlogs. We presented on how to include customers, partners, and stakeholders and how estimates provided by Scrum Teams influence the prioritization of backlogs.

About the Collaboration at Scale Webinar Series

A joint production of Scrum Alliance® and Conteneo Inc., the Collaboration at Scale webinar series is designed to provide a series of focused, outcome-driven solutions to collaboration problems faced by CSPOs, ScrumMasters, and Scrum Team members in organizations of 10 or more Scrum Teams.
